How to Install Clip-In Extensions (4 Piece set)
What You’ll Need:
- Zulfay Hair clip-in extensions (4-Piece Set)
- Rat-tail comb and sectioning clip
- Mirror
Step 1 – Prepare Your Hair
Brush your hair thoroughly to remove tangles. This ensures clips hold securely and hair blends naturally.
Step 2 – First Section (3-Clip Piece)
- Using the rat-tail comb, create a horizontal part at approximately mid-ear level.
- Clip the rest of your hair out of the way.
- Take a 3-clip piece and secure it along the part. Start by closing the middle clip first, then side clips for a snug fit.
Step 3 – Second section (4-clip piece)
- Part hair just below the crown area and right above the ear level.
- Clip in the 4-clip piece, starting from the middle and working outwards to the sides. This piece adds the most volume.
Step 4 – Side Sections (2-Clip Piece)
- On one side of your head, part hair just above the ear.
- Clip in the 2-clip piece close to the roots, at least 1 inch away from the hairline.
- Repeat on the other side with the other 2-clip piece.
Step 5 – Blend & Style
Release your remaining natural hair and gently brush through the layers to blend the extensions with your own hair. Style as desired using curls, waves, or a straight finish for a seamless appearance.

Always clip the extensions close to the roots without placing them directly against the scalp. Make sure each weft lies flat and feels comfortable before styling.
