Return & Exchange Policy

At Zulfay , we are committed to delivering premium hair extensions with the highest hygiene and quality standards.

ELIGIBILITY:

Every order is delivered in branded packaging within the Zulfay mailer bag.

The branded packaging is protected with a Zulfay security seal for authenticity purposes.

Return/exchange will only be accepted if the security seal remains intact and unbroken within 7 days of delivery.

Hair extensions are hygiene sensitive items hence once the security seal is opened or breached, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Before opening the seal carefully check if the specifications of colour, length and weight mentioned on the packaging matches your order.

We strongly recommend recording the unboxing, starting from tearing the mailer bag to opening the security seal, in order to make a return or exchange claim.

To confirm the  colour match, we recommend ordering our colour swatches as no Tester weft is included in the packaging.

FINAL SALE ITEM:

Items purchased during Sale or Discount periods are non-returnable and non-refundable

swatches are provided solely for shade matching and are non-returnable and non-refundable

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support for assistance within 24 hours of delivery at support@zulfayhair  or WhatsApp +923290226640 with clear unboxing video and images.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs and providing a courier with tracking ID. Zulfay is not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking

REFUND: 

After our investigation if you are eligible, a refund will be initiated depending on mode of payment within 14 days of receiving the return item. 

COD payments will be refunded as store credit card (gift card) while prepayment will be refunded in the original mode of payment.
