1. Introduction
Welcome to Zulfay. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.
2. General Store Use
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities. All product images, descriptions, and content on this site are the property of Zulfay Hair and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
3. Products & Availability
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, digital displays, or natural differences in product batches. Availability may be limited, and we reserve the right to discontinue or update products without notice.
4. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR for Pakistan orders, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD) limited to 10000 PKR only, and payment gateways with multiple options displayed at checkout, like bank transfers, wallet transfer, domestic and international cards. Your order is confirmed only after full/partial payment is received (depending on the payment method selected).
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Standard delivery timelines:
Pakistan: 2-7 business days.
International orders may take 7-14 days or longer. Customs duties and taxes payable by the customer.
Zulfay Hair is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.
6. Returns & Exchange
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we only accept returns/exchanges if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the zulfay security seal intact. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including brand name, logo, product descriptions, images, videos and designs-remains the intellectual property of Zulfay Hair. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zulfay Hair is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from product misuse, allergic reactions, or failure to follow after-care instructions. We are not responsible for losses due to delayed shipments, third-party errors, or force majeure events.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan for local orders. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in the respective country of purchase.
10. Changes to Terms
Zulfay Hair reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
